HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Managers run their own store as if it belongs to them. From managing daily operations and tasks, to taking responsibility for the turnover of the shop, Managers will have the ability to recruit and manage a team of their own.
A Managers role is the highest position within our business and comes with great responsibility and great rewards on success and targets being met.
Roles would include;
- Serving in the restaurant, takeaway, & fish frying
- Recruiting staff
- Dismissing staff when required
- Assist with staff training
- Doing employee rotas for shop
- Analysing mystery shopper reports – then reverting to staff
- Analysing reviews – then reverting to staff
- Cash handling – cashing up daily money/balancing money/banking money
- Ensuring all staff are working from Operations Manual correctly
- Execute tasks being given to you from your employers
- Setting targets – financial/cleanliness etc
- Oversee compliance info ensuring its updated – health & safety/environmental health/allergy info
- Holding management meetings when required
