Site Manager (Self Storage Facility) – Dundee

Our client has 15 sites across central and western Scotland and they’re ready to add a new facility in Dundee, the site is just off Kingsway and is scheduled to open in May 2021, they would like someone on board mid to late April for a new position.

They are looking to recruit a Manager who will oversee the daily operations and performance of the site.

You will have sales experience in order to convert warm leads via the website into firm sales and you will be managing a small onsite team, therefore prior sales and management experience is required.

This is a real hands-on role where you will take responsibility for all operational and organisational standards whilst coaching and developing your team to exceed pre-agreed targets

Salary is circa £22,000 plus monthly performance bonus; the role requires 1 in 2 weekend working (40 hour working week) and offers good career prospects with a growing company.
