This ambitious company are construction contractors who specialise in refurbishments, fit outs and new builds with a range of clients including the Ministry of Defence and Government as well as private clients, completing works from preconstruction to completion. With a current turnover of £10 million+ they are looking to take on an Internal Sales Manager to aid in the company goal of major growth in clientele and revenue.
In this role you will be office based in Enfield, and will largely be developing and building relationships with current and prospective clients. You will need to have great business acumen and a commercial mindset, with the ability to negotiate and influence. Due to the nature of the business you will need have a good current knowledge of the construction industry. In the role you will be selling the business and service to a range of clients and stakeholders from all levels of a company including senior management and executives so will need to have great organisation and communication written and verbal.
